Our Founder Shweta’s career path initially followed the well-trodden route of the banking sector, where she dedicated 25 years to various multinational institutions in India and the UAE. However, her professional narrative underwent a profound transformation, driven by the legacy of her mother and an innate passion for beauty and entrepreneurship.

Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in the salon industry, Shweta was exposed to the intricacies of hairdressing from an early age, influenced by her mother’s training at the prestigious Toni & Guy in London. From Nigeria to India, her mother’s successful salon ventures not only provided a livelihood but also imparted invaluable lessons in business acumen and the artistry of beauty.

Despite carving a successful niche for herself in the banking world, Shweta carried within her the unfulfilled dream of her mother—a dream to open her own salon. This dormant aspiration lay dormant until 2007, when our founder and her husband embarked on a new chapter in Dubai. Tragically, in 2020, Shweta faced a devastating blow with the passing of her mother due to breast cancer at the age of 64. The profound loss served as a catalyst for Shweta to reassess her priorities and embark on a journey of self-discovery and fulfillment.
